Specific deliverables are defined in the customer’s proposal, statement of work, invoice or service agreement.
3. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope, client responsiveness, required approvals and third-party platform availability. Gemini Tech INC may use approved software, cloud resources, APIs, hardware and vendor platforms to complete customer projects.
4. Payment Terms
Services may be billed by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or other approved payment method. Payments may be processed securely via Stripe. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay approved invoices when due.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements, access credentials and business information when required.
- Use delivered technology lawfully and responsibly.
- Not use Gemini Tech INC services to conduct illegal activity, bypass security controls or violate third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement. Third-party software, templates, libraries, APIs and licensed tools remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gemini Tech INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services, except where prohibited by law.
