Digital Services
For ongoing software services, customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if custom development, architecture work, software configuration or project-specific licensing has not commenced.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless a different cancellation date is agreed in writing.
Custom Projects
Once custom coding, software architecture, technical configuration, integration work or project-specific licensing has been delivered or initiated, services are non-refundable due to dedicated labor, reserved technical resources and procurement costs.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email info@geminitechmc.com with your name, order or invoice reference, payment date and reason for the request. Gemini Tech INC will review eligibility and respond with the next steps.
